Lime appears in Chapters 2 and 10, and helps Teal (F.R.) in both chapters he appears in.
Appearance[]
Lime is a small octopus like creature. He has a small grey beak hidden by his tentacles. He is around two feet tall.
Origin[]
Lime comes from a deep underwater civilization of similar looking creatures. Lime was picked on by the other creatures and was eventually sent to the surface as punishment for rebelling out of pure anger due to how much hate he got. While wandering the surface he met Teal (F.R), who saved his life from a bear. Lime swore loyalty to Teal (F.R.) as thanks. He made his debut in the tv show the same episode Teal (F.R.) did. He would follow him around and often help set up Teal's gameshows that he hosted. He was rather serious and disliked Teal's odd sense of humor, but was friends with him anyway. He was the second rainbow friend to get brainwashed by Grey.
Gameplay[]
Chapter 2
Teal appears the night before Teal (F.R.) does, along with Cyan (F.R.). He lurks underwater in rivers scattered around Odd World. His presence is signified by splashing in the water. When he gets too close to a player, they must stop moving, otherwise, he will chase them until they exit the water. If he catches a player, he will bite them, and inject a venom which causes the victim to black out. When they awake, they are held by Teal (F.R.), then a jumpscare plays where Teal (F.R.) laughs and then drops the player off the ferris wheel, causing them to fall to their death.
Chapter 10
Lime appears in a brief bossfight with Teal (F.R.), where he is summoned by Teal (F.R.) at half health. He charges at players and bites them, this time injecting them with a poisonous venom that immediately kills the player.
Trivia[]
- Lime was the first rainbow friend found by Teal (F.R.), the other two being Cyan (F.R.) and Indigo (F.R.)
- Lime was originally a squid, but that was scrapped due to his creator preferring octopi
- Lime was originally going to have a mouth instead of a beak, however, this was changed
- Lime used to be a darker shade of green, and would have been Dark Green
- Lime is in a symbiotic relationship with Purple. He cleans off Purple by eating things on him such as algae, and smaller organisms (Purple is an Angler Fish in Fannon Realm)
- Lime's mechanic in Chapter two is based off Barry the swamp monster from Choo-Choo Charles
- A redesign for Lime was made, however has been lost. An image featuring that design can be viewed here
